Jane Leong is the founding Director and Group Publisher of CR Media Pte Ltd.

With more than 20 years of experience in the publishing, pre-press and printing industry, Jane continues to develop a wide range of publications from technology to business and social lifestyle. An entrepreneur, she has also set up other business operations in the region.

As the Group Publisher and Managing Director, Jane is responsible for the overall group strategy such as spearheading the publications under CR Media into the Asian region, developing new products with the team and bringing in quality international titles.

Melvin Ang is one of the major forces behind Prestige magazine since its launch 5 years ago.

With 15 years of publishing experience, Melvin's knowledge in the industry has enabled him to contribute to the success of Prestige. In his current portfolio as an Associate Group Publisher of the group, he plays a major role in the overall strategy locally and the region and also assists in developing new products and bringing in quality international titles.

A veteran in the publishing industry, especially in sales and marketing, Melvin has successfully built the publications under his charge, ranging from trade publications to fashion and lifestyle magazines, to their peak.

With a combination of 20 years in the retail and publishing industry, Kitch Lum is an experienced marketing and events management professional with a strong knowledge in the luxury and social lifestyle segment.

One of the core team members involved in the launch of Prestige Singapore, Kitch's responsibilities include creating brand awareness for Prestige through her extensive contacts in the Singapore social circuit. Her expertise in brand building and creating events which meet the objectives of both advertisers and the group of discerning readers had enabled Prestige to secure its position as Singapore's foremost social lifestyle publication and its subsequent launches in the region.

Chua Siew Gek is the Finance Director of CR Media responsible for formulating and implementing corporate and financial strategies of the group.

Prior to joining CR Media, Siew Gek was managing a publishing company, Digital Access Sdn Bhd, in Malaysia from 1997 to 1999. From 1994 to 1997, she held various positions within the Dominance Resources Group of companies, one of the key logging companies in Papua New Guinea where she was appointed to the Board of Dominance Resources Group.

Siew Gek holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from The National University of Singapore. She is also a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
